Simple Ways To Get Rid Of Back Pain

Regardless of our age and physical condition, back pain can be felt more or less intense, in various stages of life. Back pain is usually located in the upper back, or in the low back. How to get rid of back pain? Calcium is necessary for healthy bones, but a Japanese study showed that we need more than that in order to prevent back pain. Try to take supplements of vitamin K, which is important for the health of your bones. Broccoli and spinach are the best sources of vitamin K, strengthening the bones.

Recent studies have shown that back pain may be caused by a deficiency of vitamin D. This is why you must get 400-800 IU of vitamin D daily. Include in your daily menu foods rich in this vitamin, such as fish, cereals, fortified juices and diary products.

Back pain relief can help you alleviate the condition. Keeping your abdominal muscles strong and firm is the best thing you can do to prevent back pain. 0-15 minutes a day of stretching exercises or swimming are very useful. However, if you experience discomfort when performing these exercises and if the pain becomes intense and lasts more than 15 minutes, you should stop the activity and consult your doctor. It’s suggested to avoid weight lifting as well.
